If it's true that rain on your wedding day is good luck, then Alastair and Alex had the perfect start to married life. On their wedding day in Sydney last November it was a very grey, very wet day. That didn't stop it from being a beautiful day though, in fact, arguably, it made it more beautiful. There really is something special about how nature brightens in the rain, the foliage seems more vibrant, the colours pop, and the moody skies create the perfect soft light. A few weeks back Nadia and Brendan gathered all of their favourite people at a property in the bush on the NSW South Coast to witness them say I do. The bride's best friend created the most beautiful bouquets, another friend married them as celebrant, one was videographer filming the whole thing, and countless more helped them to pull it all together. With a keg of beer from their favourite Sydney brewery, a custom deep green bridal gown, and a barefoot stroll on the beach at sunset, this wedding was truly one of a kind.

Doug and Emma's wedding was a very special one for us. With Emma being Vicki's cousin, and Vicki being a bridesmaid, Jacques blurred the lines as guest and official photographer. We had such a fun day surrounded by our family and their friends to celebrate Emma and Doug. The gorgeous autumn colours at Lake George Winery were at their most vibrant, Emma and Doug being the foodies they are had an incredibly delicious menu, and when all the formalities were over, the dance floor went right off the charts!
